Zoho IMAP glitch with Workspace Infomaniak client
So, it turned out that after I disable the IMAP completely there are no longer random scrambled character in our e-mail.
Zoho says it is Infomaniak issue, when I asked Infomaniak they said it Zoho's problem.
However, they way I see it it is my problem, since I'm the one who cannot see Customer e-mailing history, nore anything important related e-mails. Not to mention you can only associate 1 e-mail address to 1 Customer, but that is a "task" for another day.
So, I think this glitch is your job to fix, since you are the one developing Zoho (not Infomaniak).
What do you think? Let's put it aside that we are paying customers and we reported this glitch first 9 months ago. Let's just improve your services together.
