Zoho IMAP Issues

We use Outlook 2010 and we are constantly getting a message to say that the connection to imap.zoho.com has been disconnected, or our outlook freezes.

This has become a lot worse in recent weeks, and we are now really struggling to use Zoho mail as our email platform.

Is there anything that can be done?!
