About a week ago I had to manually unlock my IMAP settings under the old control panel because apparently it was blocked for "too many connections". The thing is I'm using it only on 5 or 6 devices (2 notebooks, ipad, phone, etc). I could unlock it and most apps stoped asking for credentials but the Outlook Android app still won't sync and keeps asking for credentials.

Now in Outlook 2016 for Mac I have the following error when trying to send emails: Relaying disallowed as =?UTF-8?B............... < trabajo@levicechocolat.com> (I asume you won't need the whole code for helping me).

I hope you can check out why my account may be giving me so much trouble recently.
