I use zoho mail, and watch my mail in a mail program Outlook 2013. I use IMAP to sync the outlook folders with the zoho folders.

However, everytime I read a mail in my outlook, it becomes read, but after the next sync, it becomes read again. This especially happens when I select a folder in my outlook and select 'Mark all as read'. If I don't go to another mailbox within 30 seconds, it will automatically mark those mails as unread. This is very annoying off course. What could be the problem?

One thing that I came up with, is that I try to synch the folder structure too with IMAP? and that a sync from zoho to the client goes before a sync from the client to the server. Do other people have similar issues?
