1. automatic scrolldown everytime I make a task is so annoying

 

2.  any action in tasks resets the whole page, for instance if I am going through overdue tasks, checking the boxes to mass update them, and I decide one task is already done and I close it, it undoes all of my checked boxes and sends me back to the top of the page

 

3. I cannot make a note and log a phone call at the same time.  If "call description" was more accessible and useable this wouldn't be as big of a problem, but because "call description" is hidden and unhelpful I should be able to make notes (in notes) about a call while I am logging the call.

 

4. You can't sort activity rows by location, for instance if you wanted to make only calls to CA leads while the East Coast is on lunch

 

5. going to the next page in a view undoes any selections you made on the prior page

 

6. I can't customize or add task categories, for instance if I only wanted to call a specific franchise or if I wanted to create a temporary priority list

 

7.  Cannot customize a lead view based on key words in Notes

 

8.  Account owner can't be used as a column in an open activities view.

 

9. Leads & Accounts are completely separated, i.e., it is impossible to form a list that groups certain leads and accounts (for instance if you wanted to view everything that was in process)

 

10. Can't organize a view by two criteria (i.e., last activity time by state) (except by creating a view exclusive to one of the criteria).  I'd like to see it work like a spreadsheet where I could organize it by one column and then reorganize it by another and it would hold the organization of the first as much as possible.

 

11.  Performing any action in a view resets the view (i.e. resets anything checked, resets where you are in the view, etc.).  This is the same as #2 but it is seriously annoying.

 

12. You can't convert leads to contacts who have the same email.  What if they really do have one generic company email but are legimately two contacts?

 

13. Clicking anywhere outside of the call box makes it go away and deletes any information that was entered in it.  Can lose valuable information this way.
