Zoho Integration with Outlook Office 365?

Zoho Integration with Outlook Office 365?

Things have recently changed at my work and now I only have Outlook Office 365, web based email.  I need to get a new CRM as well, can anyone tell me how well Zoho CRM integrates with this? 

I've not used Zoho that much, can someone also elaborate on whether I'll need to download the software or just use the web based CRM?
