The current documentation in the help system is very sparse and does not include enough detail to allow me to work out if I can:

1) Push Sales Orders in multiple currencies.  For each item in the Sales Order, I need to be able to specify the Currency and Exchange rate.  Is that possible?

2) Prior to pushing the Sales Order I need to check that the customer already has a Zoho Contact record.   Do I need to specify the currency assigned to that Contact?  If so, what happens if the contact uses GBP for one order and USD for a subsequent order.  How does that need to be handled?

Do you have a more detailed description of the API with examples of API calls?
