I am contacting you on behalf of a client.
Our client is a car parts wholesale business and we set them up on Zoho Inventory earlier this year. One area they are struggling with is a clear view of unfulfilled order items and what is outstanding.
The "Order Fulfillment By Item" report is useful but there is no way to see only unfulfilled orders or items. Is there a way to achieve this which I am missing?
If not, please can I raise a feature request for improved reporting arround this topic. The challenge for this business is that they do a lot of back ordering and customers often contact them for a list of outstanding items.
It would also be useful if they did not have to set a date on this type of report, because they are interested in seeing all outstanding items.
It would be useful if they could filter by the report headings. For example "To Be Shippe" >0 would show all items on orders which had not been shipped.
It would also allow us to do something like "Backordered Qty >0" to show all outstanding backorders across all orders. This would be important as they have said that customers often ask for a backorder report on their orders.
Having the option to also see only the Sales Order summary line might also be helpful, for a view of all outstanding orders.
When grouping by Sales Order, it would be useful if the Sales Order number was a clickable link to the Sales Order record.
