Zoho: invitation spam everybody on update

Zoho: invitation spam everybody on update

Hi all,
I've a huge problem. When someone sends me an invitation i receive it and add to my calendar which i sync with Apple Calendar and other.
Now, I've reminder and everytime there's a reminder (I think the problem is here) the system sends out to everybody an update from me. How can I avoid to spam everybody?
