We are using Zoho CRM for our bike shop and are experiencing issues with tax in quotes and invoices.

When adding products in the product line we need to show it's gross price, the tax (20% UK VAT) and the net amount. 

The subtotal needs to be accumulated net amounts for all the items and then Tax applied to the overall sale/quote and the gross amount is the grand total.

As you can see in the attached file there is a difference in the tax amounts in product liner and the subtotal. I have asked Zoho live chat for assistance but they seem unable to grasp the problem. Can anybody point me in the right dirrection?
