I started my trial period of Zoho one last week.  The migration from Hubspot has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Mail does not work - CRM it is confusing - Mail parse is a dinosaur - and list goes on.  I have contacted support several times.

- 1 email 5 days ago - no answer.

- a second email 4 days ago - no answer

- a phone call to support  four days ago, they said someone will get back to me. - never happened.

- an answer from first email was received yesterday after hours for us (9:25 pm). Telling that they have schedule a call for 11 am my time today. - it is 2:55 pm and not call so far.

- I called today again. once again they said someone will be with me within an hour. -- three hours later no call. 

How could anyone trust their business to Zoho? They are dealing with our work!!! Our income --- If CRM is of any importance to your company, you must find another CRM company for your needs. There are plenty out there.
