ZOHO keeps changing the "potential owners" in Active Potentials custom reports

ZOHO keeps changing the "potential owners" in Active Potentials custom reports

ZOHO is driving me crazy....a few days ago ZOHO would "reassign" the owner of "potentials" to other users in the custom reports section, rather than keeping the user who the custom report was queried to find.  Why is the system changing this randomly across all users in no logical sequence and how can this be stopped?  It literally started just a few days ago
