Zoho keeps charging my credit card after I canceled my account?!?!
I dropped CRM last month and I'm getting billed for $3 for the Outlook addon. Yeah, it's only $3, but it's the principle- you make it very difficult, if not deceiving, to cancel your account.
Please cancel my account!!!!!!
