With your LiveDesk integrated with Zoho Support, your agents will be able to view a customer or visitor's corresponding information from customer support database right in their chat window. The information your agents can view while chatting from Zoho Support includes
Account name
SLA Name
Contract Name
Contact Owner
On receiving a Live Chat, the recent requests for this visitor and the related request to the chat is pulled from Zoho Support and displayed in your LiveDesk operator console. These request details can be viewed easily with a click over it.
LiveDesk allows you to re-open the associated request and to associate a chat with an existing request. These changes are reflected real time in Zoho Support.
