Zoho.loginuserid is not fetching right Login User Email ID

I am using Default Send Mail functionality in Workflow.
I have added "Zoho.loginuserid" for "To" address
When the Email is got triggered instead of taking Login user Id it is taking Workspace Owners Email Id and sending mail to the workspace owner.
I Tried triggering the email from portal also but still not sending the mail to the Logged in User
I also tried attaching the login user id variable in email Body but there also it is getting the Workspace owners Email ID only and not taking logged in user Email ID
This seems to be an Issue Can you please check and provide me an update on this
