I am a Zoho Recruit and CRM user. I am using Mac Mail for my email and having to either bcc dropbox for all outgoing email and copy and paste for incoming mail. 

If I subscribe to Zoho Mail will all my email that is sent and received be also copied into the relevant lead or contact in CRM and candidates file in Recruit. 

In addition will I also be able to continue to email via my iPhone or Mac for the same to apply or does it work via a web mail type application.
