I just realized that finaly there is a new IMAP option for email in Zoho CRM
I have configured the IMAP settings... then suddenly the "email" tab dissapeard from the Tab Bar.
I have looked everywhen but can't find it anymore. reading online it says that I have to activate the zoho mail add-on... this has disapeared too :(
login into: mail.zoho.com doesn't help either as it still has the pop3 settings
I tried sending and email to a client .. it gave "message sent successfully" message but it was not sent to my mail server as I can't see it on there..
If anyone can help with this I would be greatful!
