ZOHO mail

Hi. New to Zoho (just signed up) and badly need the ability to determine where it is that emails are saved. As it is (according to chat support during my eval period) There is no way to save email from one contact in the profile of another contact (for example when I get a 'noreply' from ZOHO advising me that I've paid my bill, and want to save that email to Mr. Balji's contact. is there a way to do this without archiving to an HTML file on the desktop; or is this on the list of things that need to be added?
