Zoho Mail account cant be unblocked

Zoho Mail account cant be unblocked

Hi,

We do have a problem with the Zoho Mail account of Manuel Perez Rueda ( manuel.perezrueda@grupoamazing.es)
The account is blocked and when we try to unblock it says has to be at least a 5% free space in the account. We improved the account to 10GB and still says the same message.
