Zoho mail account disabled!!!!

I am writing with a secondary account because my primary account is disabled!
I am completely out of my emails !
I am writing with this account to notify an error with my account is
"belli.luigi [ at ] zoho.com" with my primary email being
"belli.luigi [at ] gmail.com".
Whenever I try to login with my credentials, the account page says
"Account disabled"!!
In addition, when I got access few hours ago, my emails at
"belli.luigi [ at ] zoho.com" were "hidden"
I could not see the list of emails and I could not click on them!
Can you please followup ASAP!
