Zoho mail account is disabled and incoming email not working

Zoho mail account is disabled and incoming email not working

Hi,
I was setting up my mail and have ended up with two issues trying to fix one. 
1) I was trying to setup DKIM email as incoming emails where failing and I dont think thats fixed as well
2) The second issue I am facing now is it says 'account is disabled' so I am completely stuck on getting emails (as this was transfer from my currently active gmail account)
