Hello

I am trying to access my Zoho mail account using the following IMAP details on Windows Live 2012. However, all information inputs fine and the system begins to download / update files, but then suddenly stops, stating; "The connection to the server has failed"

Incoming server: imap.zoho.com, Port: 993, SSL
Outgoing server: smtp.zoho.com, Port: 465, SSL

Can you assist, so that I can gain access to my emails via Windows Live?
