Yes, it will show you emails that you have sent to or received from a Contact in the contact page, but not in the account page. For those of you that want to use the template feature(I was most interested in this). It will add in contact name, company, etc with smart tags.

The reason I wont use the program is that it uses some terrible editor that is nothing like Zoho mail. When i want to make first contact with a new contact, i want my email to look good. The mail add on editor is text only and wont let you add any business branding or logos, it simply lacks many of the features of zoho mail. 

For now, I will just keep Zoho mail and Zoho CRM open in different tabs. If i need to find info that corresponds with the contact I will simply search it in my email box.
