Zoho mail add on

I am the administrator on on our CRM.

I have the mail add on working fine.

My colleague is also activated, can see the email tab, and appears o see all the right options. However, emails from her aaccount are not neing associated with the relevant contact. Although this is working fine for me.

Probably someting I have failed to do but I cannot see what it is.
