Hello, I just subscribed to the ZOHO mail crm add on to integrate with my gmail account. I followed the instructions (and hte video tutorial) but I have the following issue
When I try to send emails to contacts through the CRM interface, I get the following error
"Mail Box (myconfiguredemail@gmail.com) you have configured earlier is not reachable. Please select a new "Mail Box" "
1. I used google to sign into zoho
2. I set up the zohocrm password.
3. My gmail myconfiguredemail@gmail.com is actually a google apps email.
4. The gmail account was successfully added as a pop account.
5. I can send mails through the mail interface (for the added account) but not through the CRM.
Any help will be appreciated.
