Zoho Mail Add-on reaction to change in domain name
Hi,
My company is planning a migration of the server and domain name soon (from
aaa@bbb.co.in to
aaa@bbb.com). We are currently using the Zoho Mail add-on to show emails against Contacts and ROs.
When this migration happens, I assume we will need to update our Zoho mail settings to
aaa@bbb.com in order to continue to have corporate mail POP-ed over to Zoho.
My questions are -
1. Can email for
aaa@bbb.com be set up for this new domain on Zoho Mail?
2. What happens to the emails that were previously sent to
aaa@bbb.co.in? Will they still show up against the user's Contacts?
