Zoho Mail Add On - Reporting

We rate our sales team on their activities. After configuring the POP3 for Gmail we can no longer run a report for emails that have been added to Zoho CRM.

Our sales team has to still use the Out Look Plugin in order for us to report by Email? I would assume you could still report.  Now our emails are being duplicated because they have to manually add them and they are synced.

How can I get a report now for all emails that have been synced in our Zoho CRM? As you can see I have no emails added for June or July but I'm constantly receiving emails and sending emails.
