Zoho mail and CRM sync?
I just started using the CRM email add-on (currently using the free version of CRM, I paid for email). I hope I am just not seeing some things; I have several questions:
1. WHERE and HOW can I sync CRM "Contacts" with email "Contacts" - the usefulness of switching from Outlook to Zoho mail dropped to almost nothing without the ability to access all of the contacts already in the CRM. May as well be using a separate email client.
2. When I send e-mail from a CRM record, why does it not show up in my Sent Mail?
3. Why does my signature not show up when I send mail from the CRM?
4. Are these functionalities part of paid Zoho versions?
Zoho... PLEASE give us a fully integrated email client so I can continue to RAVE about Zoho!
