Zoho Mail and the management of multiple accounts
Some thoughts regarding the mail client in Zoho Mail and the management of multiple accounts:
- It would be great if there was an option to view the unread mails accross the multiple accounts in the Personal/Desktop view.
- Would it be possible to list all email accounts in the tree in the Personal/Email view. Currently the user is obliged to use the drop-down list (which could by the way be set to a bigger width). If the tree could list all accounts (and per account a folder Inbox, outbox and the others shared or so), then the follow-up regarding mails could be done in a second. Now it becomes very complicated when managing 5 accounts
- Is there a possibility to link a different signature to each account?
