Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM Integration
Hi, I am interested in the integration between Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM Looking at some of the documentation, I find it a bit confusing, given that there are so many different types of integration mentioned: -Zoho CRM Outlook plugin - Zoho Lead and Contact Module Send Email Option -POP Server -Mail Add-On -BCC dropbox The type of integration I am interested in is just having a Zoho Mail account and a Zoho CRM account, and having them linked so that Zoho Mail emails can be seen on the Contact or Lead page in Zoho CRM. I understand this is the simplest option because both CRM and Mail are then hosted with Zoho. Having run a couple of experiments, setting up test accounts, it was working as expected until I think one of the trials ran out, or something else happened, and then the integration stopped working. So I have a few questions: How exactly is the link created between a Zoho Mail account and Zoho CRM account? - Is it just a case of using the same email address for both? What editions of Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail are needed for the integration to exist? - Will it be present with the free versions? (For testing purposes, once tested it would be a paid version).
