Zoho Mail (Android): Newly added contacts do not appear in search
OS: Android 4.4.4
Phone: Galaxy S3
App: Zoho Mail 1.0.3
I've noticed that when I add a contact to my Zoho Contacts (either via my mobile device using ActiveSync or the contacts.zoho.com web interface), the contact does appear in my phone's People directory as well as Zoho Mail > New Message > + (to add recipient) > Device tab, but it does not appear when I just start typing the contact's name in the To field or on the Zoho Mail > New Message > + (to add recipient) > Zoho tab.
To replicate:
1) Add a contact to Zoho either through the device or contacts.zoho.com
2) Zoho Mail > New Message
3) Start typing the new contact's name (it should not appear)
4) Try the + sign and search through the Zoho tab (it should not appear)
5) Try the Device tab and notice that the contact appears.
Am I doing something wrong in the creation or management of contacts that is causing them not to show up in search results automatically?
