Keeping your data safe and secure is of utmost importance to us. As a part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, we will be retiring TLS (Transport layer security)1.0 and upgrading to TLS (1.2) and this is effective for our mobile apps also.
If you are using Zoho Mail mobile app to check your emails, check that you are using the secure version of the app to ensure your data security.
If you are an Android user:
1. Ensure that you have updated to at least Android 4.1 or later
2. Check that you have the latest version of Zoho Mail app from Playstore. You can get it
here

If you are an iOS user:
1. Ensure that you have updated to at least iOS 5.1 or later.
2. Check that you have upgraded to the latest version of Zoho Mail app from the App Store. You can get it
here
