I am trying to use ZOHO Mail as a POP. My mail access to all emails sent to my ZOHO address will be through Outlook 2010. ie I will seldom log in directly to ZOHO to read my emails.
I seem to have everything working with one exception. I have set up my account to delete the emails when they are read by the Outlook client. This sort of happens in that the mails are not shown in the ZOHO Inbox once I read the Email in Outlook. However, there is a copy of the Emails in the TRASH folder.
Is there a way to prevent the emails that have been read into Outlook to NOT end up in the Trash folder or any where else on the ZOHO server???
