Zoho Mail Attachment

We have a problem sending the attachments (encrypted to prevent the practice of piracy) to students, we noticed that the PDF attachments that students receive are coming in a strange format and with different names (images of sending and receiving the same file below)

We would like help to resolve this attachment problem, as we realized that when sending the same attachments via Gmail, this problem does not occur.
