Zoho Mail Authtokens

Hi. I reset my iPhone and downloaded the Zoho mail app. I tried to sign in and it had said that I had exceeded the number of times I could sign in and if I would like to clear my authtokens using safari. I finally found them on the desktop version and deleted everything that was listed under 'Auth Tokens'. It then worked when I signed into my app. Was that okay what I did? Was I supposed to do that or is there going to be a problem now?
