I have followed all the process for setting up the sync between ZOHO Mail and ZOHO CRM calendars.

But sync is only occurring one way.  

My ZOHO mail calendar has all the ZOHO CRM info, but my ZOHO CRM calendar is not showing any of the information in my mail calendar.

Why is this?
