Okay, I had the worst Customer Service experience with Zoho so I am reaching out to the community for help. 

The problem: I have standing meetings that are on my Zoho Mail Calendar (zoho calendar) which I need to be on my Zoho CRM Calendar. The reason is that incoming leads book sales call meetings through the CRM. 

In my mail setting, it says my calendars are synced but only my CRM meetings are showing up on mail and not vise versa. Has anyone figured this out??? My customer service rep told me that it was not designed this way.... What!? It makes literally no sense. In addition, on the settings in mail, it literally says "add calendar events from my email to zoho crm calendar"

Any help would be appreciated!
