Ok, I'll admit it, I'm new to the Zoho world. It is a great world and I love it, but feels a little disconnected at times so be patient with my ignorance.
I'm evaluating various Zoho products to migrate my company on to. At this point, I'm evaluating Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. My question is:
If I create, or a customer sends me a meeting invite, in Zoho Mail Calendar, am I able to see this/these appointments in Zoho CRM Calendar? I've clicked the synchronize with CRM app in Zoho Calendar, but nothing is going into my Zoho CRM calendar.
I have to say having 3 calendars feels a little silly and very disconnected, but I understand this is a growth product. In my case, I'm seeing the appointments that are created in Mail calendar in Zoho calendar, but nothing in CRM calendar (WOW! This is a lot of calendars :) ). Maybe there's a best practice that I'm not utilizing.
Ok, hopefully I've asked the question in a way that's easy to understand. I spent time with Zoho support, and they were great, but they said these are 3 separate products and cannot sync.
Any tricks? Thanks!!!
