Zoho mail configuration for internal ticket system (API Ticket Creation Failing)

Hi Team,

      We are  building a tool for creating tickets programmatically in PHP. In that we are not able to receive an email of zoho account which has been raised from the  internal ticket system which we have build. However we are receiving for gmail accounts.
      Please let us know should be need to change any email settings/configuration to receive an email of zoho account from our internal ticket system. Please provide an insight   of this, it would be great helpful to us.
