Zoho mail configuration in Mac Mail

Since one of my colleagues mail storage exceed the limit, I would like to configure his mail account to his Mac Mail.

I followed the steps according to https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/apple-mac-imap.html this page.
But it says unable to verify the account and password.

Please let me know how to set up the account, thanks.
