I have been trying to import a set of contacts (about 600) into Zoho Mail, Contacts.

I originally tried to import them from Gmail via the Gmail import tool on the Contacts page; however, this tool did not import categories or multiple email addresses.

I tried to import them from Outlook, but that tool does not import categories.

The CSV file import tool imports categories (and multiple categories) accurately -- nice.

However, the CSV file import tool does not seem to be picking up multiple eMail addresses.  I entered some test contacts with multiple email addresses in Zoho Mail Contacts and then exported them via CSV, and I have looked at the file structure of that exported contact information and I have emulated that in my CSV file (semi-colons ";" between email addresses); however, the import seems only to pick up the first email address and NOT subsequent, multiple addresses for the same contact.

I have spent a day trying to make this work, but it just does not.

How is this accomplished?
