Having the issue on my Mac the last few weeks with Zoho Mail - Desktop Helper opening multiple instances using half the CPU usage on my machine.  If I close out the process, the mail app won't work.  About to have to change to a different platform if this doesn't work out as I can't keep dealing with a slow machine due to one program.  Never had an issue with my Mac prior to this.
