Zoho Mail Email Disclaimer

When adding a Disclaimer to Zoho Mail on the Admin Console there is a problem with it where it appends a disclaimer to every email that goes externally even ones that have already had the disclaimer. In MS Exchange I have been able to stop this by using Mail Flow, and using a rule if it sees some words of the disclaimer don't apply it again. Works really well! Has anyone found a way that they can do that In Zoho Mail, or am i stuck with it being on every outbound email? Thanks In Advanced                                       FaceTime App
