Zoho Mail : Email Outgoing Blocked

Hi, I got the following message on my account:
Dear User,

We regret to inform you that your email outgoing has been blocked and you will not be able to send further emails.This was done in accordance with the Zoho Mail Usage policy .

Reason for the block :  Mail rate exceeded limit


If I try to follow the link to unblock my account nothing happens, it just states it was blocked as a security precaution.
