Zoho Mail emails not showing in CRM
I have just converted from CRM with Outlook plugin to CRM with Zoho mail add-on.
I have completed all of the set up steps. I can successfully access my emails from the Email tab within CRM.
If I select Add-To - CRM - Contacts, it creates a contact successfully.
However when I view the contact's information, under the email section, this email is not displayed (even when I change the "showing" option to my (or any other) Zmail public user).
With the outlook plugin, I could "attach/associate" an email to a lead or contact in CRM quite easily. Is this function not available with Zoho Mail Add-on? I would have expected better usability/integration when moving to Zoho's own mail system, but this does not seem to be the case?
