Zoho mail encryption.

I am thinking about moving my business to Zoho mail but I am concerned about privacy and government spying on citizens I would like to know the following about Zoho mail:
1. Does Zoho store emails encrypted in the servers?
2. Provides a Transparency Report or Canary Warrant?
