We are using both Zoho Mail and Zoho Projects. I've set up a filter in Zoho Mail to forward requests from our Service Desk application (OSTicket) to our zoho projects submit bug email (
theatlantacenter_infosystems@bugs.zohoprojects.com). The issue is that Zoho Mail will not act on this filter until the zoho projects submit bug email is verified. Can anyone shed any light on this?
