I recently link a couple of our Zoho Account to our Gmail accounts. Since the change, we are experiencing a handful of issues.
- How do I disable Zoho and Gmail Link?
- If We choose to keep the link between the accounts here are the issues
- When sending emails through Zoho Templates - They do not always show up in sent items (in gmail), so we aren't sure if they were actually sent.
- All message in Gmail are being shown as READ (They only show as UNREAD in the Zoho Interface).
