Zoho mail/godaddy domain IMAP and POP3 connection issue

I (ID:640380074) have recently set up our site domain to use zoho email hosting. I really appreciate your instruction modules on setting up mx records to sync everything. I have our email working fine, the only issue is the mail forwarding. I keep getting a "not connecting to server" response when attempting to forward email (IMAP and SMTP or POP3). I currently have the team using the zoho mail app to access email.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can provide whatever information you may need.
