Zoho Mail + Godaddy + Other Hosting
I have spent much time to integrate my Godaddy domain manager with Zoho Mail. I need to use Zoho Mail because my hosting mail service sucks. I have good experience integrate my domain with Zoho Mail when I used Domain.com. But Godaddy is a big trouble. I need some helps.
Here is the situation:
1. My domain is Arkademi.com. Domain registrar is Godaddy and hosting is Rumahweb.com.
2. I have successfully verified my domain on Zoho Mail. Here is the screenshot.
3. I can't setup MX record on Godaddy DNS because. The message is: "We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us."
4. My hosting, Rumahweb.com said they can't help because It should be setup on domain registrar aka Godaddy. This is make sanse because I did the same thing when my domain was in Domain.com.
5. It becomes more weird because on Zoho Mail control panel my mail account seems normal with all enabled. See the image below.
6. I tried to send an email from email address above ( hilman@arkademi.com) to my other Gmail Address. It succedded! But, I can't reply from Gmail (or other email) to hilman@arkademi.com. Error msg: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
